The story of Spare parts logistics began in 2012, when IT4Race took over the supply of spare parts for Audi Sport customer racing on site at the Nürburgring race track to support the Audi R8 LMS and the Audi TT-RS as part of the VLN Industry Service. The supplied Services included technical and logistical support for Audi customers. Our scope of services ranged from the warehouse structure, an interim storage facility, to mobile logistics solutions and customer service.
In addition, we also supported Audi Sport customer racing for there assembly of the vehicles at the Neckarsulm plant, where we provided mechanics and technicians as part of our temporary employment agency for the assembly of new manufactured vehicles.
In connection with spare parts logistics, we were also responsible for other logistical challenges in motorsport, e.g. the air-sea freight transport of spare parts and racing cars for overseas races, including the CARNET registrations.
With our own fleet of different vehicles and trailers we are able to do a full supply of Parts and customer support service on side!
